Meet Hannah

At Lumen Sanctuary Collective, we provide a carefully curated, safe, and transformative space for healing in the state of Maryland. We specialize in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and ketamine-assisted EMDR integration, supporting clients in exploring challenging experiences, transforming patterns of distress, and integrating meaningful change in a way that feels grounded, personalized, and empowering.

We approach each client with a holistic, body-mind perspective, combining traditional talk therapy with specialized EMDR work, EMDR intensives, and ketamine-assisted integration. This approach allows clients to access deeper shifts, process trauma safely, and move forward with clarity, insight, and resilience. While ketamine-assisted EMDR can yield quick results, traditional EMDR therapy is also highly effective and is available for those who prefer a non-medication approach.

Every session is designed to meet each individual’s needs. We honor that healing is most effective when it is paced with care, guided collaboratively, and responsive to the unique journey of each client.

We work with clients across the lifespan, helping them cultivate resilience, connection, and meaningful transformation. With a warm, professional, and individualized approach, we strive to create a space where clients feel fully seen, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
